Jessica Pettitt, Diversity Educator, on campus Thursday, October 3, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in Gamble Auditorium

The Dean of Students Office is hosting Diversity Educator, Jessica Pettitt, to inspire our community to “Be The Change You Want To Be”. Jessica Pettitt will offer an exciting keynote that will use humor to break down the barriers that get in the way of social change. This is by no means your typical diversity speaker, as Pettitt uses humor reminiscent of George Carlin, Wanda Sykes and Margaret Cho in her message. Participants will be laughing, as she promises no drum circles, guilty tears or finger pointing. This will be a HIGHLY interactive program that will leave participants with actual action steps to make REAL social change in their lives. For more information, please contact the Dean of Students office.
